Gedicht: The hiss of a kiss

Here comes darkness, here comes the night
would you care to step with me into the light
the shiney golden lights of the ballroom
we'll dance ourselves away from the gloom

i'm gonna take you in my arms and kiss the night away
we'll dance until the full brightness of a new born day
when laying in the green grass we'll study the blue sky
and we'll never even wonder what's in our mind's eye

we wander
way over yonder
as far as the horizon
without any reason

we'll let our love flow
let the breeze blow
while we enjoy the hiss
of a longlasting kiss.
