Lost in silence


I have lost it to silence
There’s nothing left, i can’t bind it
Don’t know what i’m holding
In my hands, darkness unfolding

I don’t stop with taking
I comprehend the truth and swallow
I want my retribution
I am here, waiting
from upon a dream

I have lost my horizons
I’m searching for warmth, nor find it
Inside there’s nothing left to burn
Only ashes in my hands

This body is not mine
Nor these deepest emotions
My mind isn’t mine and my soul is eking
Tearing and breaking
The drugs i’m still taking

Annihilated, ...my soul!
My thoughts aren’t saving my heart
it burns when i take it
The white dust, ...i hate it
Just can’t resist it

To silence i have lost it
